Prior to becoming an attorney, Howard was employed by a major insurance company as an insurance adjuster and worked for a law firm in Beverly Hills as a case manager giving him extensive experience in evaluating and resolving personal injury claims. In addition, early in his career, he worked for an insurance defense firm for one year which gave him additional insight into how personal injury claims are evaluated by opposing counsel. Howard has worked closely with Steve Barnes for years at both the law offices of Cellino & Barnes and at The Barnes Firm. He has resolved over 110 million dollars in personal injury claims in his career and almost 5000 cases.
